Beeple Selects
Sales across the Beeple ecosystem highlight these 24 hours:
'POLITICS IS BULLSHIT': The October 2020 edition of 100, Beeple's first, sees two sales of 52 and 51.9 ETH, both to Nick Tomaino.
'UNCERTAIN FUTURE': The March 2022 collection sees rare movement as 'AMAZON MOBILE SITE 2091' /3 sells for 16.51 WETH to NFTPER_AA.
'SPRING/SUMMER COLLECTION': The April 2021 collection sees 6 sales for 46.81 ETH (avg: 7.8 ETH), with 'REBIRTH' /100 selling 4 separate times.
'THE 5000 DAY SELECTS': The February 2021 minted companion /105 edition to the historic $69M event sees an 8.1 ETH sale to P3V.
'EVERYDAY ARTIFACTS': The 2023 collection of stills from two live creation events at Beeple Studios sees sales of 2.66 and 2.65 WETH and 2.35 ETH.
The First (and Second) Doomed
'The Doomed' /100 by XCOPY sells for 42 WETH | $192,772 USD to Benji.
Minted October 21, 2018 via KnownOrigin, this edition is unique in being not only token #1 but having an error. The artist in metadata? No, it is not listed as XCOPY like the other 99 editions. Instead, it is listed as Divo_Tvurce.
Benji collects the #1 edition on the heels of acquiring the #2 edition just 5 days ago, describing it at the time as:
"...one of only 8 Doomed minted in 2018, and one of only 14 works in total minted on KnownOrigin in 2018 by XCOPY."
He now has a very special two.

Seeing the Kevin DeAngelis curated glitch collection on SuperRare and Samantha Cavet on Ninfa doing well is a welcome sight for primary market digital art. Bennett Waisbren continues on Fellowship and Other World (NG) and Snowfro (Glitch) prepare to send the later week into orbit.
