He first collects 'The Void' for 33.5 WETH from BluePoles, before trading it plus 16.369 WETH for 'The Blue Forest' from seacasasucasa.

'🫶' sells for 20 ETH to stardust.eth via SuperRare Private Sales.
The artwork is part of the April 2024 'heart you' 1/1/8 series and is the second collected by stardust.
The collector also trades '‡misterShady‡' by Alpha Centauri Kid to SuzanneNFTs in exchange for 'GOURMET SPICY' /24 by XCOPY and 'Chromie Squiggle #999' by Snowfro. The trade was brokered by Oliver Morris.
Minted in April 2022, the artwork is 1 of 10 'ACKPFP's.
The exploration of m0dest's past collections and mints continues with fervor:
'violet_mischief' sells for 8.9 ETH to ConvictionSZN from NFTLaurent, setting an all-time high for the artist.
The 1/1 artwork is 1 of 5 in the 'left_behind' collection, originally minted by the artist in January, 2024 as a thank you to his top 'alterego' collectors.

m0dest's inspiration for his Genesis piece was Picasso's "The Flowers of Peace (1958)" he writes:
'I grew up in a house where, on the wall above our dining room table, hung Picasso’s Flowers of Peace, 1958. For some reason, it has always stayed with me. The colors, the simplicity. Maybe it’s just nostalgia, but it is in my heart nonetheless.'"

This was a whirlwind 24 hours. We are very used to art explosions within the XCOPY ecosystem, and we're witnessing two in action within the worlds of Alpha Centauri Kid and m0dest.
Collector inspiration happens in two directions. Lower cost edition volume bubbles to the point of a collector pushing for a differentiated 1/1. Subsequently, high 1/1 sales often funnel back down, inspiring others to explore lowest list access points.
Did you catch yesterday's Hivemind announcement? Their Digital Culture Fund is behind the two recent Skulls + Masks of Luci by Sam Spratt acquisitions (185 ETH total). Two Council seats in the rarified air of this 1/1/50 collection is no small feat. Think about it. Will we ever see two change hands on the same day again?

The first theatrical distribution deal for an entirely AI created film by Alkan Avcıoğlu, co-written and produced with Vikki Bardot. Think about it. A new, inevitable frontier takes a step forward via two digital artists who have done excellent work on blockchain. Bravo!
